At this time, I have been contacted directly by Best Paw Forward regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: He returned $that he owed me for a collar that my dog did not useIt took over a month to get this money backI got excuses and apologies over and over againI want to wash my hands of this issue, but wouldn't feel right if I didn't warn others of the horrible treatment my dog receivedI honestly felt that I let my dog downHe was released after weeks because he was very ill (vomiting and diarrhea) and required to be on antibioticsHe lost lbsin weeks which is a lot for a dog, and had no voice when he came home from barking constantly when, I can only assume, he was left locked up in a crate for an extended time, as he is not a barkerSince he has been back from training, he has attacked another dog, and actually attacked me, which is something he had never done beforeI had him checked out by a neurologist, who felt that there was nothing neurologically wrong with himSo, I will need to seek out another trainer, who actually can train my dogI did not get my $back for the 'training' my dog did not receive, but at this point, I just want to be done with this whole thing In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

He returned $190 that he owed me for a collar that my dog did not use. It took over a month to get this money back. I got excuses and...
apologies over and over again. I want to wash my hands of this issue, but wouldn't feel right if I didn't warn others of the horrible treatment my dog received. I honestly felt that I let my dog down. He was released after 2 weeks because he was very ill (vomiting and diarrhea) and required to be on antibiotics. He lost 4 lbs. in 2 weeks which is a lot for a dog, and had no voice when he came home from barking constantly when, I can only assume, he was left locked up in a crate for an extended time, as he is not a barker. Since he has been back from training, he has attacked another dog, and actually attacked me, which is something he had never done before. I had him checked out by a neurologist, who felt that there was nothing neurologically wrong with him. So, I will need to seek out another trainer, who actually can train my dog. I did not get my $1500 back for the 'training' my dog did not receive, but at this point, I just want to be done with this whole thing.
