We are alerting people of this scam and asking them to notgive out any personal information and requesting our customers who receive ascam call to hang up on the scammers and call the phone number given on thewebsite or customer billing statement if they have any questions regardingrefund or repair. Although the scammers have gained many customer names, phonenumbers, addresses, and e-mail addresses, we are certain they were unable to gainany of our customers’ credit card or banking information.Best PC Fixing never initiates phone calls to our customers askingfor financial information.Please extend our sincerest apologies to all of ourcustomers affected by this unfortunate situation. Review: On 12/13/14 I paid Best PC Fixing LLC $299.94 to clean up my computer. On 4/8/15 I had trouble again they said they could fix it again an monitor it so it would not happen again for another $149.94. I paid it . Yesterday 6/12/15 I received a phone call saying that Best PC was moving out of the country and they would refund my payment. To do so they wanted to log into my computer and have me fill out a refund request, Including all of my account information. I would not do it and asked them to just mail me the refund but they would not do that. This whole deal stinks to me and feel it needs checked out. The Best PC Fixing No. I have is 1-800-419-7613. The numbers that have been calling to refund the money are 1-239-394-4983,1-734-394-8404, 1-734-629-2914. Any help you can give to this issue will be appreciated. Review: I was contact on line by Best PC Fixig and was told that I have virus on my computer and they could fix it but they did not fix it Desired Settlement: so I ask for the money the money that sended than back $299.94. They sended me refund notification but did refund the money I am inclosing a copy of the notification for refund a copy of the payment receipt.
