her *** leased vehicle that had only two payments left of the lease totaling $460.00. Gurnee Hyundai approached *** offering to her to purchase her interest of what was left on the *** lease leaving *** no obligation left to pay *** *** Finance. On that same day, *** decided to ground the lease leaving the vehicle in our possession and Gurnee Hyundai would cut a check back to *** for $and *** in return would pay the last two payments, the remaining balance of $to *** *** Finance. Gurnee Hyundai’s intentions were to transport the vehicle to our sister *** store and have the *** store negotiate a purchase price to purchase the *** *** from *** *** Finance. Ms*** did not return to Gurnee Hyundai to pick up her check of $to pay off the lease contractUltimately *** did return and Gurnee Hyundai renegotiated to pay the *** *** off in full for $11,600.00. Enclosed is a copy of the check for your review. Please take notice, any delays in this transaction were caused by *** and not by the staff at Gurnee Hyundai.
