Best Pest Solutions

Review: In 2013 Wells Fargo my home lender advised I needed to get a pest inspection for the type of loan I was applying for. They chose Best Pest Inspection for this task. I was not on location during the inspection but the owner of the home who is also a police officer in Plover advised that the man performing the inspection was not doing a very good job. He would follow ants around for several hours. Upon the report he advised we had Carpenter Ants around the property and that the home owner was trying to cover it up by spraying insect killer on the ants. He advised that he believed this home owner was going to attempt to cover this up along with other things on the sale of the home. This was completely out of the realm we asked him to do, we asked him to advise if there were any insects on the property. Who wrote a report that there were a lot of ants and he himself could come and kill them but at a price. Not satisfied with his service I hired Terminex to kill the ants. After that was performed I spoke the representative from Terminex and he advised they may have killed 3-4 total ants on the property which was far less than the report Best Pest wrote. In my mind Best Pest wrote that report in order to generate further business for themselves. I did not pay for the service due to not satisfied. I will pay for it at this time but Best Pest has asked me to postdate my check to him which I will not do to help them file their 2013 taxes.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $150.00 service.
