I purchased ammo and was finally was able to try it out and found out it is badI asked for a resolution and this was the e-mail I sent to Lucky *** and then the e-mail I received backThey asked me to sell or trade the bad roundsI did some research on this particular ammo and I am not the only one that isn't happy

I ordered 1,rounds of *** *** ammo in March and finally got the time to shootI loaded my clips and the proceeded to start shooting and every rounds the casing would get jammed in the barrel and I would have to break it down to clear the spent cartridge, I use a Springfield XDS and have used numerous manufactures ammo with no failures at allI tried other 9mm ammo at the range and non of them jammed the gunI tried again and on the 2nd round complete failureAs I write this I have check the current reviews on the ammo and was amazed I wasn't the only one having issues with this particular brandI am not happy with spending money and getting a worthless productI am looking for a resolution to the issue at handThank you

I have placed this order on Feb-27-2015.
After a one week, I have not received a tracking number. My order was paid for and a delivery address was provided. It is my business address with a suite number. It is a "Mail box" service business with a live person to receive and sign for packages.
I wanted to try "Lucky Gunner" for the first time and my experience was not great.
I called your business today and spoke with a person named[redacted]. After providing my information and being asked to call me back after he researches the issue, He was able to call me back and update me. [redacted] proceeds to tell me that the reason why my order was not sent out due to the shipping address that I provided was a concern because he thinks it was an apartment. I informed him that it is not a an apartment and it is a business address.
If this was such a concern, why didn't anyone from your business contact the paying customer? This is poor business practice. I have cancelled my order and will not conduct any business with Lucky Gunner in the future. I will also advise as many people in my Social Media network to stay away from your business. This is ridiculous and a waste of time. If I hadn't called this afternoon to follow up, I doubt that anyone else from Lucky Gunner would have done the same.
I haven't had any issue like this when doing business with other online ammo dealers such as SGAMMO or UNAMMO.
LuckyGunner.com had the ammo I wanted (at a good price), and sent it out the same day I placed my order. Not only do they have a very wide array of ammo, but a wealth of knowledge they share about firearms. Their excellent videos (You Tube) were how I learned about their sale of ammunition. I will be a repeat customer.
