ms, k [redacted] this email is to confirm our conversation about the billboard for best pizza in town gaffenyI have contacted the advertising company about replacing the sign with a new sign since the weekdays wording is missingalso I spoke with the manager that was on duty, again after speaking with you and he still claims he offered the guy a refund for the addition $per buffet and the guy had gotten irate with the manager and even went as far as to say he was a government official and he would do everything in his power to shut my business downat this point and time I don't know what else I can do but to get the sign replaced to assure this issue never happens again, and again I'm really sorry to have been an issue and this issue will be resolved in a timely manner Sincerely, L [redacted] W [redacted] , Owner

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
The manager on duty has told Mr. W[redacted] very inaccurate information. I was never offered a refund by the manager on duty.  He told me he was not the owner and that he just works there.  He said there was nothing he could do.  I also did not get irate as the manager claims.  I acted in a very professional manner when addressing the advertising and price. I never claimed or said I was a government official.  I said I would contact a government agency about the false advertising if necessary.  Since the owner is going to have the billboard changed that will not be necessary.  I also did not say I would do everything in my power to shut his business down as the manager on duty claims.  I'm disappointed that his manager on duty has decided to tell the owner several inaccurate statements.  I'm very pleased the owner is taking action to change his billboard so that it reflects accurate pricing and never happens again.  If the owner wants to offer a refund of the 3 buffet's price difference I paid for I would accept that.  I would hope his manager would decide to correct the inaccurate information he told the owner about our interaction.
Regards,
