Review: My wife and me bought a toilette from the store in [redacted] and it was delivered to our house. On attempting to install it, it was not the right size. My wife tried to replace it at [redacted] store on 8/**/2014 but she could not because she did not have the seat and was told you can buy another one now and you can return the other one to [redacted] store with the seat to have your money back.My wife bought another toilette on 8/**/2014 and I went with my wife to to the [redacted] store and talked to the [redacted] of the store (her name is [redacted]) and she told us she can not take back because it is inside the exterior package but the interior package is not there. I asked if there is anything on the contract that stated that and she could not answer. I asked if I can talk to the [redacted] and she told me that she is unavailable now and her name is [redacted]. It is clear that nothing in our contract stated that and she is just finding an excuse to not giving us a refund. Please we need your help to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: Getting back a refund
