As was previously discussed the bill for the gallons was already removedAs with most companies, we do not refund for gas already delivered to the tank, due to the cost incurred for delivery, as well a the cost incurred for the disconnection and removal of the tank, for which we do not charge (where many companies do)For this reason, we always recommend that customers burn the gas down to a low point before the tank is removed, however, will make an exception in this case and refund the customer for gallons at our wholesale cost

We do a limited amount of home warranty repairs as a contractor for [redacted].  As a contractor for [redacted] we are sent to their client's property to diagnose plumbing issues.  Once we look at a plumbing issue we call into an authorization line and report our...

findings.  [redacted] has hundreds of different types of insurance policies that they sell and based on the type of policy the customer has purchased some repairs are covered and some are not.  We do not deny or authorize any work, [redacted] makes the coverage decision based on the policy the customer has.  In the case of the [redacted]'s when we reported our findings, the repairs for the toilet were covered, but the repairs for the tub were denied by [redacted].  When we informed Ms. [redacted] that [redacted] had denied her tub repairs she was not happy.  We understood this and informed Ms. [redacted] that she has a right to a second opinion under her [redacted] policy.  All she needs to do is call [redacted] and request a second plumbing company to come out and re-diagnose her tub repair.  This second opinion is provided at no charge to her.  When we left Ms. [redacted] we had made no charges to her and have done no repairs in the home.
