I wanted to find out a little bit more about this process, since we've never done this before
The contractor has not showed up to finish his job and we already paid him for his workHe has equipment and tools and a big mess laying on our property which we could get fined for from HOA
How long will this process take? We need to finish the mess he made which means spending more money to find another company to finish itWe have lost quite a bit of money dealing with him so I am just curious as to how long this will take and if we will come to any solution
Do you have any recommendations or suggestions on how to deal with this?
