I HAD ORIGINALLY PLACED AN ORDER FOR A BEAR IN CHAIRS (ORDER # ***) ON 11/28/18. WHEN I REC'D MY ORDER THERE WAS A MISTAKE. ONE OF THE BEARS NAME WAS TOM, ON MY ORDER IT SAID TIM. I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH DANNY, HE TOLD ME TO SEND IT BACK PRIORITY AND THEY WOULD FIX IT, REFUND ME THE POSTAGE AND I WOULD HAVE IT BEFORE CHRISTMAS. I HAD EMAILED HIM THE TRACKING AND UPDATE THAT IT WAS BEING SENT BACK. USPS AND DANNY CONFIRMED HE REC'D IT 12/14/18. I CALLED A FEW TIMES TO CHECK ON THE STATUS AND DANNY TOLD ME HE SENT IT OUT BUT HAD NO TRACKING INFO ON HAND TO GIVE TO ME. I CALLED AGAIN 12/24/18 AND ASKED FOR TRACKING INFO, HE TOLD ME HE WOULD HAVE TO FIND IT AND GET BACK TO ME. HE NEVER RESPONDED BY PHONE OR EMAIL. I CALLED 1/2/19 AND 1/3/19 AND WAS TOLD HE WAS BUSY AND BOTH TIMES I HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. NEVER HEARD BACK. AT THIS POINT IN TIME I PAID $65.89 FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE AND $12.90 TO RETURN IT AND HAVE REC'D NOTHING BACK.

We have been trying to work with Best Plush in for the past 6+ months on an order for a university who wanted a custom plush dog. The owner of this company was confidant they can do it for us, but with all fully custom products there were some revisions and he was not up for the task to handle the simple revisions. They sent us samples with the wrong material requested. Then we received a sample that was the wrong size (smaller by a few inches), now after we sent the sample back to get it fixed and hopefully close the sale, the owner wants to put the blame on us saying we made to many changes and cannot finish the order even though it was his company that kept sending the wrong samples to us. He has the samples we paid for in his possession because we sent it to his for his reference at his request. Incompetent and unhelpful.
