issuance - and two months after our move We still have complaints about this company's practices and would strongly caution any other consumer about them However, we acknowledge this payment and are okay closing the file Thank you for your assistance with this matter Our writing alone did not prompt the company to make the payment We believe it finally issued as a result of the complaint you passed along - having a third party involved.
