and the account should be satisfied.In this letter, we will address the status of the account to date.I understand that [redacted]'s insurance carrier [redacted] stated payment was made to our office directly, however, On August 5, 2016, the insurance representative contacted our office advising that the zip code that was on file was incorrect.
