Best Price Auto Glass [redacted] *** Dear Revdex.com: We have read the complaint for [redacted] and we would like him to come back to the store so we can take a look at the problem and try to fix it, In regards to the issue he has with his vehicle; we had installed glass in one bay that is only for glass installation when the glass was put inWe had moved customer vehicle to another bay that is only for window tintThe only way we can tint the glass is if the glass is repairedIf glass is not working properly we CANNOT tint glassTherefore, we could've tint glass if the door glass was not put in correctlyAlso, we inform every customer that tints their vehicle that the first few days and possibly up to a week there can be bubbles in the glassSo customer had come in on April 4, and e made a complaint on April 4, He never gave the glass time to settle the bubbles it s very common for bubbles to appear the first few says, If you can please let Mr [redacted] know that we would like to see his vehicle and check the door glass we had fixed and tintedThank You, Best Price Auto Glass

I am rejecting this response because: Regardless of when the work was done, I was given the run around for monthsThe offer the business is proposing has nothing to do with my initial complaint! I am not complaining about the product i.eThe piece of glassIt was the installation which resulted to my window not being able to go up and down anymore! Once again this so called business is giving me the runaround againThis is terrible and very disappointing

Business states they will contact this customer via phone to coordinate and get the matter addressed.

Regardless of when the work was done, I was given the run around for months. The offer the business is proposing has nothing to do with my initial complaint! I am not complaining about the product i.e. The piece of glass. It was the installation which resulted to my window not being able to go up and down anymore! Once again this so called business is giving me the runaround again. This is terrible and very disappointing.

Consumer states that the business has no made no effort in contacting him to address the matter.
