Review: My father in law brought my wife's car to this shop to repair a flat tIIre. The shop replaced the tire with an inferior product. The product used was a [redacted] brand tire. The ship only replaced one tire when good auto practice is to replace either two or four tires. The shop inflated the cost of the repair to $150.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on the inferior tire.

Review: About one month ago I brought my car into the shop to get my front axles changes as they had were advertising about 125/axle. Upon exiting the shop my brakes began pumping and my ABS light went on. This now happens whenever I drive my car now. I called the next day to inform them of the situation and brought my car back to the shop at the next available time I could (the following week). I dropped my car off on a Saturday for about 5-6 hours. I called them multiple times throughout the day to know the update of my cars status to which they replied condescendingly, "We're still looking at it, it's not all black and white with cars". Finally, I called them and found out my car was finished. When I went to pick up my car they said that they could not find ANYTHING wrong with the workmanship and that they spent 5 hours on the car. I explained that I did not have this issue before bringing my car to them to have my axles changed. They dismissed this and continued to try to convince me that they did not know what was wrong with it and that there was no wrong doing on their part. [redacted] also let me know that I was lucky to not have to pay for the "five hours" of labor they put into my car that day when checking it out. To this day, my car's ABS light has yet to work right.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the amount I payed or I would like them to fix my car and ensure it passes inspection.
