In response to [redacted] unjust complaint, Best Price Auto Sales, Inc would first like to state, we handle the complaint from start to finish professionally and went above and beyond our warranty agreement. [redacted] signed...
warranty was for "Motor and Transmission" ONLY. He called our office complaining about the fill up at the gas station. We admittedly stated, bring the car back and we will fix it. [redacted] dropped the vehicle off at one of our mechanic's. We had NO idea how long the vehicle was there, and from what we understand it was 8 days because of parts, repairs and [redacted] schedule. The following week we received another call from [redacted] making the same complaint. We admittedly offered the same help. Bring the vehicle back and we will repair it. This time we offered to get [redacted] a rental Car. The mechanic replace the gas tank the first time, and discovered the second time it was the flap that prevents the gas from coming out of the car stuck in the middle positions and replaced that also. After the second fix, [redacted] was reimbursed his first months payment for his auto finance and the vehicle was fixed with NO cost to him. All of these actions were done prior to any knowledge of this unjust complaint. We hope that [redacted] will do the right thing as we have done, and drop this complaint as resolved and satisfied.
