I am rejecting this response because: The vehicle I purchased has TRD stickers and I was also educated about the TRD kit on the vehicleIf the dealership was aware that the vehicle was not TRD acknowledgement of the vehicles specific model should have been made on the day of purchase

I am rejecting this response because: We are rejecting Best Price Auto Sales "resolution" or lack thereof because they acted unethical and conducted sketchy business when selling the Mazda CX7 to us.  On Page 2 of the sale documents,  a...

motor's turbo is not listed/covered in their 'as is' list; therefore, replacement of a turbo should be reimbursed AT THE MINIMUM.  At this point, the only resolution we would ever accept from the Best Price Auto Sales is reimbursement of the repairs. We request the Revdex.com list our complaints and negative feedback regarding Best Price Auto Sales on their website so that no other individual is deceived by their "business practices".

Review: I RECENTLY PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM BEST PRICE AUTO SALES LOCATED IN TURLOCK CA. THE VEHICLE I PURCHASED WAS A 2002 [redacted] TACOMA TRD OFF ROAD 3.4 V6 PRERUNNER 2WD. I WAS ALSO EDUCATED BY THE SALES PERSON "[redacted]" ABOUT TRD "[redacted] RACING DEVELOPMENT" PACKAGE ON THIS TACOMA. I WAS REALLY HAPPY BECAUSE I GOT MY FIRST TRD TACOMA. AFTER LOOKING AT ONLINE VIDEOS AND PRODUCT SPECS I STARTED TO DOUBT THE MODEL OF MY TRD TACOMA. SO I DECIDED TO CALL TOYOTA'S CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE. I THEN HAD THE VIN NUMBER CHECKED FOR THE VEHICLES SPECIFIC MODEL TYPE. I WAS SHOCKED TO FIND OUT THAT THE TRD TACOMA I PURCHASED WAS NOT EXTACTLY A TRD MODEL. I FELT SHOCKED AND THE SITUATION IS ONLY GETTING EXTREAMLY STRESSFULL. THIS IS MY ONLY TRANSPORTATION TO WORK. WHEN MY FIANCE AND I WENT BACK TO SPEAK TO [redacted] WE DID NOT FIND HIM THERE. WE DID HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK TO A DIFFERENT SALES MEN OF OUR CURRENT SITUATION AND FRUSTRATION. FINALLY WE CAME TO AGREEMENT THAT THE TRUCK WOULD BE REPLACED.SO I WAITED FOR THEM TO GET A GENUINE TRD PICKUP I CALLED AND SPOKE TO A REPRESENTATIVE AND I WAS TOLD THE TRUCK WOULD BE READY IN AN HOUR. SO I DROVE BY AND ASKED ONE THE SALES MEN THERE WHY I WAS THERE AND BOTH MEN THAT WERE IN THE OFFICE SAID THE TRUCK WAS SOLD. I REALLY NEED HELP TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE EVEN IF IT MEANS FULL REFUNDDesired Settlement: This situation was really stressfull. With all honesty I don't want to deal with these guys anymore. I would prefer our money back and go somewhere else were people don't take advantage of time.
