Great selectionFast, friendly phone service and easy internet ordering from extensive website The price was one third of the cost the funeral home was going to charge and I think the quality was better I subsequently purchased a second casket for another family member and quality was also excellent Delivery was on time, as promised for both caskets I have purchased one other casket on line from a big box national membership store but they offer a very limited selection I really liked the choices offered by Best Price Caskets

This company is disgraceful! They not only send anything they have on hand (even though it is NOT what the customer ordered) they send it damaged! After the customer complains they keep them hanging on till after the funeral when they have no choice but to bury their loved one in the damaged not what they ordered casket Then have the nerve to blame them and tell them to bury up their dead loved one and they will refund the money!! They are rude, crude, and down right spiteful! Customer beware you do not need this hassle with this company at a time like this!!

These folks are greatI called and ordered a casket on Saturday, in all of the emotional turmoil of my mothers death, forgetting that my debit card had a daily limit on itWhen my debit card wouldn't run, and after trying to contact my bank (which had already closed), Brenda (the salesperson) shipped the casket by airfreight anyway! I had the casket in hand and already at the funeral home by Monday when I called back to tell them that the limit was lifted off of the card and to run it againI can honestly say that I have never dealt with a kinder, more professional sales staff than these folksThank you

Unfortunately, there is not zero star and lowest star, you can give is one starI placed an order with them on line for a $casket and they sent a casket which was not even exist on their websiteIf they had that casket on their website, I would say it happened by mistake and they shipped the wrong oneBut they did not have anything even close to that particular casketAccording to the other websites the casket that we received, it worth about $So that's how this company isPlease be careful with this company and good lock with what you will receive

My father passed The day after his passing * went to the funeral home to make arrangements I was satisfied with all except for the pricing of the caskets on hand ($on average) I asked if the casket had to be purchased, although I knew the answer (no) and was told that no, I certainly could purchase from another company I located Best Price Caskets online and realized that not only were the prices waaaaay lower than what the funeral home was asking, but they could ship the same day I order a beautiful cobalt blue gauge casket on Tuesday to be delivered on Wednesday for the funeral on Friday Best Price is located in Texas, I reside in Va The ordering process was easy and the salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly The casket was shipped within a few hours of ordering and was delivered to Washington Dulles and ready for pick up by the courier service late that evening I would and have referred people to Best Price without hesitation based on my personal experience with them Why overpay if you don't have to? Funerals and burials are expensive, if you can cut cost but not quality, why on earth wouldn't you?

Unfortunately, we had to lay my father to rest at an early age. Despite the mess this created in our lives, ordering a casket could never have felt more comfortable. Everything went smoothly and the casket arrived right away and we saved so much money! I would never wish this experience on anybody but if the time comes I would not hesitate for one second to recommend this company! We are so thankful for everything they did for us and it turned out so beautiful. Thank you so much for being there for us through this very difficult time.

Admittedly I was skeptical at first but after discussing this with my family placed the order from Best Price Caskets on 1/19/16. By the time I called the funeral director to tell him it was coming he informed me that it had already arrived. The casket looked wonderful and my family was very pleased.
