My comforter was burned from the heat it was left it in the dryer for too much time. Owner is refusing to make it right.
I took my comforter value of $300 to the dry cleaner upon picking it up I noticed it was burned I asked the employee to speak with a manager she said that she was going to call the manager , manager refused to speak with me and said to leave the comforter there for two weeks while the owner comes back so he can look at it I left the comforter there a hour later I got a call from the person in the front desk saying The owner said to come and pick up the comforter that he is not gonna do anything about it. She told me this is not the first time this happens to them and there's nothing you can do about it. I paid 25.41 fora (services) Not for them to burn my comforter .
I like a replacement of my comforter.

First of my sincere apologies for the incident
Mrs *** brought comforter to our establishment for cleaning our employee inspected the comforter and found that comforter has very sensitive material and made the customer aware of the possibility of injury to the fabric . Customer was aware of the possibility but she chose to sign the waiver and decided to leave the comforter for cleaning .
Because it was very sensitive material the dry cleaning chemical slightly effected the sensitive part of the fabric .
We never clean or process any item without customer signing the waiver .
I am extremely sorry that our customer had to go through this but she made aware of this and by signing the waiver she released us from any kind of responsibility.
We always try our best to help our customers but some times things are beyond our control because of certain qualities of the fabrics . We always follow the instructions of the manufacturer on the label
I hope my answer to this complaint and explanation was good enough to satisfy my customer .

Unfortunately, my recent experiences with Best Price Cleaners in Knightdale have been an absolute nightmare! The inconsistency in pricing along with the unprofessionalism displayed by *** along with other staff members is rude, condescending, racist, and very demeaning. On Thursday December 26th, I attempted to drop off clothing to be cleaned. During this visit, I inquired about the change in pricing being charged for a dress as I was previously charged a different price for the same dress. The feedback received from *** was "you people just don't want to pay!" I was completely taken back by this as I have always prepaid for any services provided by this company. She continued to antagonize me by stating "if you don't like the prices you can go elsewhere!" I was mortified by the lack of customer service and out right rudeness being displayed. I attempted to explain to *** that I simply wanted to understand the pricing as it's not posted anywhere and get my clothes cleaned. She continued to make derogatory statements at which point I stated I would take the dress back and have it cleaned elsewhere. I placed the garment in a bag on the counter, I proceeded to pay for the other items. While inserting my credit card, *** repeatedly stated "hurry up! I have other things to do!" I stopped the transaction and asked for contact information for the manager. She stated I would have to go online to obtain it. I asked for the managers name in which she stated she didn't know it. I asked for her name in which she refused to provide it. I opened the camera to take a picture of her so I would have information to provide the manager in my discussion. As I went to take a picture, *** picked up the bag on the counter with my dress and threw it at me hitting me in the process. She then stormed off and went in the back. She told her co-worker who was wearing pink of what was transpiring. Her co-worker then came from the back and shoved my hand which was holding my phone. I proceeded to call the police and pressed charges for assault as no patron to any business should have to endure this treatment. Both employees were cited and will have to face the charges.
If you do not want to be assaulted, degraded, and demeaned while patronizing a business, STAY AWAY FROM BEST PRICE CLEANERS KNIGHTDALE, NC!

I totally disagree with this customer's complain
We never had or have any inconsistency in our pricing . We are one price discount cleaners and we charge $2.35 for regular daily wear garments but we do charge extra for fancy or beaded items that requires extra efforts to clean .
miss *** also brought a fancy dress and insisted to charge her regular price 2.35 which we charge around $8.00 for that kind of garments
Our employee told her we can't do it for that price but Mrs *** keep insisting to charge her regular price . This back and forth negotiations took long time and there were customers waiting impatiently behind Mrs *** . All those customers personally told us about the incident and witnessed that Mrs *** took her phone out and started making videos and photos and threaded out employees that she will put her photos on *** . My employee cover her face because she didn't want any one invade her privacy while covering her face her hand touched the bag that Mrs *** brought dress in that was on the counter fell on the floor .
Mrs *** called the police and press charged them for assault .
According to the witness customers there was no assault but may be Mrs *** was having a bad day . All my employee did was told Mrs *** if she does not agree or like to pay the price we are charging she is more then welcome to use another dry cleaner .

On 11/28/2017 I dropped off a shirt for cleaning. I received a receipt for the shirt for $1.61 which was to be charged to my *** Card. This in accordance with the cleaner's policy to pay in advance for the cleaning of the shirt. On 12/11/2017 I was checking my Credit Card Charges and noticed a charge from Best Price for $60 and nothing for the charge for the shirt. I went to the store on Monday morning and spoke to the manager/owner about the $60 charge. He explained that the charge was taken from a small attachment to my shirt receipt and and that the bank made a mistake and charged me that amount and not the amount for the shirt and I needed to go to my bank and have them correct the charge. This made no sense. I don't know what the $60 charge was for and never authorized any charge for that amount. I simply dropped off the shirt got the receipt and left. The attachment to the receipt was small and was told that my credit card company miss read the receipt and charged me for the $60 and not the shirt of $1.61. He was unreasonable in explaining the charge and insisted I go to al bank next door to verify the procedure and have them correct the matter. All I wanted to do was credit me for the $60 charge and add the cost for cleaning the shirt. I left the store and talked to the *** Card Dispute department, explained the situation, the confirmed that there was only one charge received by Chase and that there was no other charge made by Best Price. They had no idea of what the Best Price manages was talking about. My only alternative was dispute the claim and credit my account for the $60 less the cost of the shirt. That I did and I don't believe the Best Price manager's error and how he planned on correct the problem. Best Price needs to be confronted with this problem and dissatisfaction of their customers almost fraudulent charge. I will not do business with this Best Price Cleaner. I can make available to you the attachment with the unknown charge of $60.

they destroyed 7 of my shirts.
