Regards,
Review: This company is doing work at my neighbor's house, [redacted] Wilmington DE 19805, which is a townhouse with one common wall. My brother who lives at [redacted], not connected to [redacted] found them plugged in using his electrical outlet without permission. The workers said they thought the home owner's had called to get permission, they had not. He then saw them walking around the front of my house, [redacted] which is attached to [redacted] seemingly looking for another outlet, and told them that they weren't allowed to plug in at my house either. My brother called to alert me of this and I returned home 10 minutes later to find them plugged in to an outlet on the back of my house. When I confronted the worker he said 'I didn't know they were separate houses'.
After speaking with the home owner this morning they said they were never told by the company that they required use of electric, and they made no attempt to call them about the issue. The homeowner at [redacted] doesn't have any exterior power outlets so it is known that the workers plugged in at [redacted] and blew the breaker there, then moved to [redacted] - got caught and then plugged in to my house at [redacted]
To my knowledge they were using power for their tools from noon on Sunday 3/15/15 until around 4:15pm when I unplugged them from my house.
This is unacceptable to use electric from a house you are not doing work on without expressed permission from the customer you are working for or the homeowner you are stealing it from.Desired Settlement: I feel that the company should apologize and provide an explanation of how much time they used electric at each house, and compensation for the electricity they essentially stole from the 3 of us.
