Customer's complaint does not include an order number that we can reference, so we can only respond in generalities
If we receive an order number we can respond more specifically and work toward resolving Customer's concerns
It appears
that Customer placed an order through Amazon.com and the return address given by the Amazon.com system is a "PO Box" address
Items can be sent to a PO Box address by US Mail, FedEx Smart Post, or UPS Sure Post (they cannot be sent by UPS Air, UPS Ground or FedEx Air of FedEx Ground)
It appears Customer did not receive proper guidance from a FedEx representative
If we receive the order number and Customer's contact information, we are confident that we can provide a solution in keeping with their request

While I wasn't aware of FedEx Smartpost and apparently neither was the FedEx rep or he didn't want to deal with itNot sure how to respond to that
It does raise another interesting questionWhy my package was delayed to begin with and not shipped to my po box via smartpost by the supplier
Also from what I can tell the RMA was from the vendor and Amazon even stated they were not responsible for the item, all terms for return had to come from the vendor
I do want to restate that the vendor did provide excellent service once notified of the non receipt
