Best Price Optics is based out of New York, New York.Best Price Optics has a large [redacted] internet based store, if I were you, I would seriously consider buying your products from ANY WHERE else besides Best Price Optics! First off I bought a used Rokinon from Best Price Optics [redacted] page and two days later, I FOUND A BETTER PRICE! So much for best price optics right? So because I found a better deal on the same exact equipment I decided to return my camera lens on the SAME DAY that I had received it from [redacted] (which was a monday)The Item was shipped to [redacted] the following day so I log on to [redacted] to put in the tracking numberBest Price Optics told me it could be up to days to refundOkay first off; as a Customer I have to pay for the product before Best Price Optics will send it to me in the mailBut when I return the item, which essentially is Best Price Optics just buying the Equipment back from me, making me the seller, they can take a week after they recieve the item to send me my money back? I understand a day or two after they receive the item but Days?! come on guysSo I wait until Best Price Optics received my item on Thursdays, expecting them to receive the item, review it to make sure there is no scratches or anything missing and then they go on [redacted] and click "Refund" Well that is not what happenedAfter all day thursday and no contact from Best Price Optics about my refund; I emailed Best Price Optics On Friday morning explaining how finding the right lens has left me strapped for cash and I needed a refund right awayI literally only had dollar in my bank account and a few dollars in cash to hold me overBest Price Optics didn't care about my situation, Best Price Optics at [redacted] **, [redacted] didn't even respond to my email explaining to them that I needed to have my money back in order to buy food for my familyBest Price Optics DID NOT respond to my emails asking to return MY money in order to BUY FOOD FOR MY FAMILY! I wrote best price optics on friday morningearly too because I knew that they were across the countryBest Price Optics Didn't respond for a full hours later explaining that my item had to go to the "return department" for inspection but they can't do it until thursday because of a "Holiday." Hey Best Price Optics OCTOBER [redacted] ISN'T A HOLIDAY! So essentially what should be a minute job has turned into a two week job because the Lazy and inconsiderate people at Best Price Optics don't care about humans that are hungry and can't eat foodI returned my item and Best Price Optics still hasn't returned my money, Best Price Optics DOES NOT care about their customer satisfaction and WILL NOT help youif you need to buy optical equipment go anywhere besides Best Price Optics in [redacted] **, [redacted] Best Price Optics doesn't care about people or making sure they costumers are happy.DO NOT BUY FROM BEST PRICE OPTICS, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
