My father purchased a mobility scooter from them in roughly January He went on hospice care in January and passed on January My sister had the scooter picked up for consignment sale on 1/10/ The receipt states sell for $600-$with $500-$going to the family and 1/of rentals I have called numerous times and left messages after we never heard from the company My sister also called several times to get a status with no results It is now almost a year later and the company has failed to contact us or compensate the family Product_Or_Service: Mobility Scooter Account_Number: No number on invoice

I have waited 1/months for a mobility scooter that was supposed to be ordered and delivered in approx 1/weeks Each time I contact the business, I am given another lie He promises that it has been ordered and will be here soon The owner finally admitted today thst it has not been ordered because he owed the company a payment and could not pay his past due amount

My dad ordered scooter and check cashed sep on oct my dad diedI asked about scooter and it wasn't ordered He stated it was ordered Two days later he said he got his money back from the manufacturerHe agreed to make payments; $on oct and novI received one payment of $on nov He has sent several texts that he is going to pay and then doesn't pay

Review: That on May 28, 2013, I reported to the before mentioned business to purchase a 50cc sports motor scooter, of which, I purchased said scooter at a price of $999.00 along with a helmet for $69.00, and a locking chain at $ 99.00. I paid cash for all the above items. Unfortunately, and not withstanding, I endured a traffic accident 15 minutes after departing the before mentioned business. However, I managed to make it home with the scooter, and I than reported back to the business the next business day to have the damages accessed. I was told by the business owner whose name I believe is Brook, that the damage could be repaired, and that the replacements for the damaged parts would be $120.00, and that he wanted the full $120.00 before he would order the parts. I informed him that I only had $80.00 cash on my person, so he agreed that I could pay the remaining balance when they arrived, and promised they would arrive on Friday, May 31, 2013. When I awakened on Friday, May 31, 2013, I noted Immediately, that the scooter was not were I parked, and it had in fact been stolen, I contacted the Police and filed a theft report (Report# [redacted]). About 1:30pm that day, I then contacted Best Price Scooters and informed him that the scooter had been stolen, and that he would need to cancel any order for parts. He (**. [redacted]) informed me that he doesn't o anything like, and that the were already on the way. I advised **. [redacted] that I myself am a merchant in DC, and that I didn't understand his response! I than advised him that I myself was the owner and operator of [redacted] in Washington, DC, I further advised him that I order high end computers on a regular basis, but I may cancel an order at any time or I may simply refuse delivery of any order. **. [redacted] is trying to make me purchase items that I just don't need. In sum, this complaint is about unethical business practices, and a [redacted] the money and run mind set, and I demand redress, as this has nothing to do with the scooter, for I have already another.Desired Settlement: Full refund of my $80.00 deposit.
