Review: I hired Mr. P[redacted] to cut down 6 trees and stump removal. It took him 3 months to complete the work. He agreed to clean my gutters as a part of the deal, matching what another company offered. He did not do this and will not return any of my phone calls. Also his tree climber fell a huge branch on my fence busting the boards and damaging the fence from top of fence half way to the ground in one section and the fence in a second section. I had to call him 3 or 4 times to get him to come look at it. He finally showed up and replaced the boards in the one section and left the fence bent over. It looked terrible. I questioned it before he left my property and he said that was all he could do. I have called over and over about him having his insurance fix it since he can't and he wont return any of my calls. I have had to go out and and hire another company to clean the roof and gutters even though Mr. P[redacted] was paid in full. The whole event was a horrible ordeal for me. He would never return a call until after I left 3 or 4 and sometimes 5 messages. He had excuses of why he did not come back to finish one job or there other constantly.Desired Settlement: I would like for Mr. P[redacted] to have his insurance company hire a professional to repair my fence or reimburse me for that and the gutter cleaning.

Review: The foundation repairs made failed and now I fear that additional damage may have occurred. Original contractor will not correct the issue. We had other contractors come view the damage and learned that the materials and workmanship are not up to code.Desired Settlement: The desired resolution is to have the work performed correctly (per BOCA standards) either by this contractor or another contractor at the expense of [redacted] All work performed must be approved by the Chesterfield Building Inspector's Office.
