Complaint: [redacted] The roof that leaked is on a house, the under pinning for lack of a better word is what was ruined on the back porch ROOF It's the wood that covers the ceiling of the porch that hides the wiring for the light My complaint is the company did not show up when they said they would The leak started long ago but wasn't realized until now because it's coming from the top of the roof and we would not have known that All we wanted was for them to come look at it, assess from the damage how long the leak had been there and possibly fix it They should have had the courtesy to show up when they said they would, told us the owner was deceased and communicated with us How do they know the leak didn't start four years ago if they won't come look at it Again, they NEVER told us the owner had passed away or that they were out of business They answer the phone like they're in business and say they are doing jobs like they're in business I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted]
First this has been almost years since a roof was replaced Second: *** *** was a manager for Best Prices Third: *** *** was the owner of Best Prices and she died October 14, All if any warranties are for only year Best Prices are out of business due to the
owner dieing!!!!
Also since the drought and all houses and mobile homes have moved if there was a leak and if it possibly leaked to the underpinning in a drought situation this rotting wood or a leak is some what suspicious

I just wanted to let you know that Best Prices Roofing came and fixed the porch roof. When they finally came out & looked at it, they did realize it hadn't been put on correctly and they fixed it. Thank you so much for helping me get them to take action. Let me know if you need any further information from me.
