There where days I was absent from the job site, but the reasoning was weather related. Is was simply too cold to perform the task required.  
My company treats every client in the same manner regardless of age or gender. If [redacted] was uncomfortable, she did not express it to me.  
I will be sending a refund check of the remaining unused portion of the deposit. 
I believe it is best for Joanna to hire another company to finish the project.
