Ms[redacted] came in on December and a financed a kingsize pillowtop mattress boxspring (rebuilt).she was informed that it was rebuilt ...She had the maTtress delivered ,she signed the contract and delivery slip...We do not have bed bugs in our business but even then we offered to take the mattress back for a brand new one all she had to pay was $she refused....Ms[redacted] is trying to get out of paying the contract with the FINANCING company.As you know bed bugs can come from anywhere it also has been months if the mattress was infested with bed bugs she would have known immediately...If you have any questions feel free to call ..Thank You [redacted] Manager

Thank you for taking the time to contact us..Mr.[redacted] purchased a kingsize mattress and boxspring for $210.00 As stated on the reciept the matress and boxspring is rebuilt he signed the reciept and he also picked it up .We have no promblem taking care of our customers if they have an issue with any...

Review: I put a whole house on layaway in 02/24/14 I paid my layaway off on 02/26/14 they told me they would deliver my belongings but my number changed I got worried so I called up there they told me they couldn't find my receipt so they took my name and number down and told me they would call me back. I never received a call back so 3months later I went in with my customer copy of both my receipts they still couldn't find it. They told me again they will call me when the boss get in they never called so I went back up there a month ago they found my receipts and told me they had to reorder my furniture and it will be delivered in 2 week still no furniture. So I called up there today and ask can I jus have my money back he said no refunds but I never even had the furniture on my position and I been waiting and waiting patiently he told me to call whoever I wanted to call because there's no refunds. I need answers and my money back please I can take my business else where they are very unprofessional and I don't like it customers satisfaction is what any business should be about!Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for my inconvenience .

She came in after 6 months and told us she wanted to cancel the order we have had it here ready for her for the past 6 months Best Quality Furniture has tried everything to make Mrs [redacted] happy ,there is also a No Cash Refund Policy .Mrs [redacted] "s order is ready all she has to do is let us know what day she wants it...If you have any questions feel free to call or email me ..Thank You[redacted]

I went into the store on 09/06/2014 he stated that he didn't have everything in stock and he had to reorder it (which another employee told me the same thing a month prior to) and that it will be delivered out on 09/09/2014. I still haven't received my furniture and here it is 09/12/2014. I never received a phone call regarding it. I'm tired of going back and forth about something I still don't have. I should be entitled to a refund due to the inconvenience and lack of customer satisfaction, and by never having their merchandise in my position. so basically I have no merchant nor money. a refund should be acceptable due to the inconvenience. I'm not satisfied with the company response jus because he's making false allegations and trying to insult my intelligence. Dear.Revdex.comNobody is trying to insult Mrs.[redacted] intelligence ,we are just trying to do what is fair ,this is a business we have been doing this for the past 25 yrs ..We appreciate her business as a customer but at the same time we cannot get taken advantage of...She purchased some furniture back in Febuary we ordered itand have had it here in our warehouse for her now 8 months later she wants to come in and tell us she does not want it ...And wants a refund ??? I don't understand why I have to keep calling a business to deliver my furniture when it was supposed to be delivered a month ago. he told me that it was going to be delivered on a Tuesday and that they will call before they come. I never received neither. I'm tired of the back and forth about my money or my furniture. its not fair and a cash refund should be acceptable. although he's continuing to state "her furniture been in storage for 8 months" is false allegations I have several witnesses that came into the store with me several different times.

Review: I purchased a king mattress set on 7-14-15 & on 9-9-15 I noticed the mattress have wires sticking out all around the sides and corners. I give the store a call about this and was told to bring in the receipt, once I got there they took a copy of the receipt and was told the mattresses were refurbished and I am very much upset that I wasn't told this so at this point I'm being told that the owner won't be back in the store until November and give them a few days to talk with the owner and they would be in touch with me and take pictures if I could. I would like a refund and or be able to purchase something else and like mentioned that I was not told that the mattresses were refurbishedDesired Settlement: I am looking for a refund or be able to purchase something else

Review: I am acting on behalf of my brother who is currently incarcerat**. My father and I have his permission (sign** POA) to act on his behalf. In September 2012, my brother, [redacted] purchas** furniture from this organization. He paid in full. The ottoman he order** was not in stock. He did business with them because he has a friend whose family owns this store. They told him to pick out a different ottoman, he said no, order the one he wants to match his sofa. December 2012, he was arrest**. he ask** me at that time to call the store and get his ottoman. They refus** to deal with me because I didn't have his receipt (it was confiscat** by the police) and I was not a cobuyer. I explain** it could take a long time to receive the paperwork and the lady who I spoke with said as long as I get the receipt they will offer a solution. [redacted]s court case was continually delay**. He finally receiv** his sentencing hearing and once that was complete, his property was releas** to us. As soon as we had the receipt, I call** the store in March 2015. I receiv** full voice mail box alerts and rung with no answer for days. I finally got through to a lady who answer** the phone and said come to the store with the receipt. We went in that Sunday March 15, 2015. The store was clos** even though the hours outside the store said they should be open. We wait** 20 min. This store is in a very unsafe, high crime neighborhood. My 73 yr old father and I stood out on the street 20 min knocking on the door calling the number in snow. Finally we gave up and left. I call** twice later that day and got no answer. Monday, March 16, I call** again and was told no manager was available to call Tuesday. I call** Tuesday multiple times to a ring no answer. In April, I finally was able to speak with someone who identifi** himself as a manager nam[redacted]. He ask** me to send him the receipt. I fax** it to him. I explain** during our conversation I sold the couch per my brother's instruction. The ottoman was never deliver**/pick** up. Considering it was paid for in cash and I no longer have the couch in storage for him, [redacted] wants a full refund of the ottoman. He will be incarcerat** for another 5 years. There is no use for it at this point. ** said he would make this good especially bas** on the fact my brother is friends with their family members. I call** back the next day, 4-24-15 and ask** for ** to be sure he receiv** my fax. The lady who answer** the phone said ** is out of the country. I said how did I speak with him yesterday then? I explain** I am very angry at the run around and waste of my time as well as the disrespect being shown to me. She confirm** my fax was there and said I would have to wait until ** return**. She said there is a big ** and a little **. I spoke with Little ** and Big ** would have to determine how they would resolve my complaint. Her name was [redacted]. I was expecting a call back end of June early July when this owner was to return to the states. I receiv** no promis** callback. On July 29, I call** the store again. I was told ** was gone already to call back next day about 11am. I am told this EVERY time I get an answer and this man is NEVER there. I think they are just trying to wear me down to stop calling. I insist** on speaking with a manager so they gave me Abbas. I explain** the saga highlights to him and said I want a refund. he said bring the receipt to the store. I said absolutely not. I refuse to come to that neighborhood again., I suppli** you what ** ask** for. You can speak to me via phone and mail a check. They can even make it payable to [redacted]. My dad has access to do his banking for him. He said he has to pull records all the way back to 2012 which are not hous** on site to verify the item was never provid**. I said that was ridiculous because that investigation could have been done any time from my calls in March to July. he said he would call me back in 3 weeks. That would have put us to the 3rd week in August. I still have heard nothing from them in his promis** callback. We have not receiv** a refund check which doesn't surprise me since I never gave him our mailing addresses. I am long past sick of being treat** like garbage and ignor**. This company operates in a horrible neighborhood knowing the clientele does not have the **ucation to understand their practices. They sell garbage furniture. They prey on people who don't know they are being taken advantage of.Desired Settlement: The neighborhood is infest** with b** bugs so I DO NOT want furniture from them as a replacement now. I want a full refund mail** to either my home or my father's home (where my brother liv** when arrest**). they have sat on [redacted]s money for almost 3 years. That is theft. I expect the price of the ottoman return** to me. They have the receipt. Abbas and [redacted] both confirm** they have it to prove the purchase and payment.
