Review: It took them 9 months to come and cut down a tree. The agreement was for them to cut down tree and remove the stump and leave the wood and for them to clean up brush. The total bill with tax came to $945.00. After they cut down tree and cleaned up brush they told my husband they were behind in stump removal and would be back next week to remove the stump, they gave my husband the bill and needed payment so my husband gave him the check I had written out. On Best Quality Tree Services Billing receipts it states All balances due upon job completion. They never completed the job! The stump it still here after repeated calls I even asked for 1/2 my money back because they only did half the job but didn't get that either he said they would be here in the next week and a half weather permitting and its been beautiful weather. They cut down the tree on May 20th 2014 and its now Sept 29th 2014 we could us some help with each call he just get more rude.Desired Settlement: I want half the amount we paid him back in cash. We will find a different company we can trust to remove the stump.

The customer stated it took nine months to remove their tree, if that was the case it was due to the weather being too cold or too wet to drive on their lawn without doing damage. Winter was brutally cold which resulted in us doing twenty jobs in three months opposed to the normal ninety to one hundred and twenty jobs. We also had a very wet spring and summer.

As far as the stump is concerned, my stumper went in for a new motor in early October and I didn’t get it back until early April. The back log of stumps was great and with a wet spring we could only do so many with the fear of leaving ruts in customers back yards. This customer’s stump somehow got left off of the list of stumps to be removed . When she called, I apologized for the mistake made by my worker and told her we would be there in one to two weeks, weather permitting, which we were and the job was completed.

As far as her comment about being rude, that is completely false. I had one conversation with her and I was apologetic about forgetting their stump and said we’d take care of it as soon as possible.

I’ve been in business for almost thirty years and have a large repeat customer base due to the fact that they are very happy with the service we provide.

Me and my wife were both home on Dec. 29.2015. Best Quality service never returned our repeated calls for our driveway to be plowed ( we both work ). They then showed up to plow our driveway. Now we received a bill for plowing the driveway 2x ( they only plowed it once). Again, our repeated call for explanation were ignored with ' leave a message.'
Unfortunately, it is difficult to drop their services this time of the year. We might have to bite the bullet and find a new service for this coming winter. It is sad the company was good for quite sometime until these past few years.
