Was sold a lemon by this company, so I returned it.
I purchased a 2011 *** about 9 months ago putting down a $2,500 deposit. Two days later I the car had serious problems with the engine. The dealer tried to tell me I could drive a junk car for another 3 years in that condtion. February 2019 the car broke down. I told best rate I know longer wanted this vehicle and would not pay them another dime. *** from Best Rate arranged to have the vehicle towed back to their garage so they could take possession of it. I canceled insurance and purchased another vehicle. Since then they have caused me $144.00 in NSF because they keep trying to take $188.88 from my bank account.
I would like this business to stop trying to take money from my account. They have agreed to take their vehicle back and even had it towed back to their shop. I do not want any further contact with them any kind of way.
They damaged my vechile while changing the oil, gave me a hard time to fix it. Then the lock on the passenger door didn't work, they blamed me
t to them. And then he hung up
I bought my 2015 dodge grand caravan in July, first they messed up with the vin number for my insurance while delayed delivery. Then when they took my vehicle for an old change they damaged my passenger side door. They blamed me, after speaking to the owner it was fixed. Then the lock on my door didnt work and the door opened while driving, again it was a hassle to get it fixed. Now we come to today, I spoke to *** on the phone about my old changes and he said we had priority at ***, going there today they wanted me to wait 3 hours with 2 small children. I called *** and he told me to F off on the phone, that my business didnt mean s
I want the valve of my oil changes credited to me and I'll take my business elsewhere. I would like a written apology from the sales rep qho told me off. I would like the owner to call me via my cell asap
With reference to your letter dated September 10, 2018 concerning the above mentioned matter, we are writing to clarify a few of the events that escalated with the above mentioned customer. On July 8th, 2018 Mr. purchased a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan (copy of Bill of Sale enclosed). As a courtesy to our customers we provide 3 free oil changes for the first year and also free unlimited car washes for as long as they have the vehicle.
On July 26, 2018 as a courtesy to this customer we provided a loaner and picked up his vehicle in Essex to have his oil changed and cleaned his vehicle. On the second day after receiving his vehicle back he then called and complained that we had scratched the side door of the vehicle. We explained to him that the scratches were there when he bought the vehicle (picture enclosed), however as a sign of good faith we brought him a loaner again and repaired his vehicle (copy of invoice enclosed). Another 2 days go by upon return of the vehicle, he then accused us of damaging the door acuator. Again as a sign of good faith we brought him a loaner and completed the repairs (copy of invoice enclosed).
On September 8th, 2018, Mr. went to *** to have an oil change. As the 8th was on a Saturday, the service department told him that they could accommodate him however he would have to wait as they were busy. Mr. then proceeded to yell, curse ande use profanity to the service employees at ***, however he did not want to provide on their letterhead (copy of written statement enclosed. When Mr. left the store he then called *** (our Sales Manager) and began yelling and cursing at him. *** was not impressed and retaliated.
