Well first let me start off by saying I've never left a review on a company before- good or badbut while in my search for movers, I was hesistant to hire this company due to horrific reviews on the web, but FORTUNATELY they were the ONLY company that would help me...I was absolutely blown away by the team I was assigned for my move, and the communication the OWNER HIMSELF (Mikey I believe?) And office manager Rebecca had with me during this incredibly trying, & difficult timeWithout going into too much detail here (because there is many things I would like to say) I was going through a very nasty divorce and needed my bedroom home moved in hours and not a minute over due to my ex showing up and causing ***I had to book the move a day and a half before I needed to be gone and had to be sure I was discreet about the whole thing to avoid cops at my soon to be , old homeAlthough we couldn't avoid my ex finding out, and the cops showing up- the movers and office worked with me in EVERY WAY POSSIBLE as I was being very demanding and needy because of the situation I was inNot only did they surpass every expectation but they also PROTECTED me and my children, & I could even go as far to say , they probably saved my life on this dayNot one of my items was damaged (my home was completely furnished and not small by any means) and the fact that John and duane cared so much about not only doing an AMAZING job(in hours) but even more so about our safetyspoke volumesThese guys still won't take me up on my offer to repay the whole team with a nice dinner, so I figured the least I could do is reassure anyone looking for a great company that TRULY cares- they are right hereAnd from what I understand they eliminated the "problems" within the company right before I hired them, so please do not let the Internet fool you! This company truly does care and will go above and beyond to meet your needsI literally had other companies trying to charge me for any thing they could after I told them what a desperate situation I was in, and one even told me they won't put their men in the middle of a domestic situation and "good luck"Once again id just like to thank you guys for everything! Skylar and Tyler will always remember you guys and ask about you almost every dayI think you guys made some life long friends ! Best rate home services provided me a moving service along with a deep cleaning and they are awesome. My experience with the office staff, the movers, the cleaners was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend you guys to anyone who needs a moving service in Tampa. Thank you guys for all your hard work, and you have a great company in my eyes!

Your best bet is to re- train your staff on prfessionalism, cleaning and moving. You guys did not bubble wrap anything (including glass or any of my fragile items), which of most your men advised I needed to put in my car because they are not responsible for damages. We had to help them load and unload because they were ao slow. April advised you she was going to put a stop payment on the check because of this. No one intentionally wrote you a bad check but you researched me, went on my fb and advised my friends, family and co- workers differently. You called us thiefs and made many other false allegations. Your movers were too busy lally gagging to record anything. This is civil matter, so your "threats" of criminal punishment are not warranted. Please do not advertise services you do not or can not provide. Should I add the pictures of the cleaning your guys said they did and did not touch a thing?

I was so impressed with the level of care and professionalism this company provided me. I booked a moving service, cleaning service and pressure washing service and they provided all 3 services the same day and boy was I blown away! Each staff member worked with and around each other with each completely focused on their own task and it was a sight to see. Greatest experience with a service business I ever hire and you should definitely hire this company for EVERYTHING if you're moving! Thank you mucho Best Rate.
