they did fix the sump pump and yes I was upset that I had items that got wet and had to throw away over ten construction bags worth of personal items from the basement But what I was really upset about is that they had no concern on getting the water out of the basement or mold issues on the drywall in the basement On Monday night I had to shop vac out the balance of the water and finally on Wednesday they had me come to the Management office to pick up a medium sized fan to put in the basement to dry things up They should have taken care of this Plus, I still have to worry about a mold issue They are not concerned about this
I wish they would have handled it correctly to begin with I can not fix the pastIf I find mold in the basement while I am still living there, I will be moving out immediately I also can not see the initial complaint that you sent to them Is it possible to get visibility to that email? Thanks!

The problem was resolved in a very prompt and reasonable manner -- tenant was upset because some of her boxes in basement got wetThis is not the way it happened--It is a spin on what happened ---Parts of story have been changed / omitted --
