Hi ***,

I apologize for the delays, some have been weather related, but mostly are due to my business partner Chris receiving a pretty serious health diagnosis which required him to drop everything on my plate at once and be treated. I have been covering for him on his jobs as well as my own and it has me stretched quite thin. No excuses, just wanted to let you know that I am sorry for the lackluster costumer service. It is not a good representation of our company and our commitment to excellent service. Your patience is greatly appreciated. It may take us a little longer than usual at this point, but we stand behind our quality of workmanship and I personally will get this job expedited first thing Monday.

Roofing company was paid at the beginning of November and has not finished the work. The roofers came out for two days on December 27 and 28, 2017. During that time, they did install the bitumen layer of roofing but did not install the air vents in the roof nor did they remove the swamp cooler. According to code, the swamp cooler is supposed to be removed. During these first two days, the roofers left trash through out the yard. The roofers ran out of bitumen for the garage and left half of the roof uncover until January 2, 2018. The roofers came for a few hours added the rest of the bitumen to the garage and left. The roofers did not clean, did not install the roof vents, did not install the new drain spouts, did not haul away the debris from the roof, did not fix the siding, did not install dip flashing nor flashing. The company also said they would come out and inspect the work and also have it inspected by the city. They called our insurance asking for final payment. I will not pay it until we, my husband and I, witness the city and company inspection and work is completed.

Hello, I rarely check our Revdex.com page so I apologize for the delay.

The client’s complaint in this case is misleading. We have had an incredibly difficult time communicating with the *** throughout this process due to their lack of reciprocating our efforts to call, email, text, and personally come out to the property. This lack of communication on their part is the sole reason for any and all delays they have experienced. They have been combative and verbally abusive to our office manager when we were able to speak with them on the phone and any attempts to remedy the VERY MINOR issues with the roof install have been met with hostility, or frankly more of the same radio silence when attempting to schedule. Further, it is explicitly stated in our contract, of which *** is aware and has signed, that any and all repair issues regarding the workmanship of the job(s) performed are covered within our 5 year service warranty. This client has been a challenge, but I can state honestly that myself, and my staff at Mountain Reach have been nothing but accomodating and reasonable throughout this project.
