I am rejecting this response because: As of 1/26/18/, I have still not received the letter nor my down payment backThe work has not been started nor completedI will be more than willing to attach a picture of the roof in question, that will be dated, showing the roof has not been replaced nor has work been started

I do not believe I did anything wrongI satisfactorily completed the re-flashing of client's chimney As for client's complaint about use of her credit card, [redacted] *** initially charged the down payment of $on client's cardIt then charged the balance due of $on her card It's standard practice for supply houses to charge clients' cards for roofers who don't have credit card processing The client sought for me and/or the supply house to credit the $back to her cardThen she wanted me to pay her $in cash I told the client I was sorry if there was a misunderstanding, but I thought it was OK to charge balance due on her cardAt that point, I had completed the job satisfactorily and she had paid the balance due

I am rejecting this response because:MrR [redacted] is not being truthful in his response to our requestHe's refusing to return our money and said he could complete the job in one day! We explained to him that we did want a rush job done on the work and that would we get someone to do the work if that's how he wanted to conduct businessHe continued to go on about how he's behind on his projects and how things come upWe explained to him that's it's been years and that's no excuseHe raised his voice and threatened me, so at that point, I was done with himI asked my husband to speak with himThey scheduled a meeting, and as always MrTim R [redacted] was a NO SHOW!!! He's not telling the truth about being minutes awayHe was in Asheboro and we're in GreensboroThe meeting was scheduled for 4:00pm and when we heard absolutely nothing from him at 4:10pm, that's when my husband calledMy husband wasn't happy because he was so far away and didn't call us to reschedule or anything, he just left us hanging as he's done the past years!!! We've tried to give him another chance, and he's still coming up short with horrible customer serviceWe would kindly like the thousands of dollars we gave him, returned us please and thank you

I contacted Mrs***s on the 13th after receiving the complaint to resolve the issue pertaining to prior storm/wind damage of missing shingles which caused a leak on the bedroom ceiling. We replaced roof and gutters and I was to repair damaged ceiling, prime and paint
same. I was to repair holes in siding and install shutters due to hail damage. After receiving the complaint, I talked with Mr *** and we were to meet on 3/17/an 4:00. At 4:PM Mr*** called and I told him I was minsawayHe got upset, because I was going to be late due to a previous apptand speaking in a loud voice, he stated I should come and see who was going to raise their voice.He also sent a text stating I was a *** *** business personI called numerous times afterward and he proceeded to raise voice saying, not to come to his house and he would see me in court. I stated I would come back to finish the balance of contracted work. Tim R***

The client sought for me and/or the supply house to credit the $300 back to her card. Then she wanted me to pay her $300 in cash.
