I'm not sure if they are, there are no instructions how to do this and the interface is not intuitive. Hi,For some reason, the web interface for corresponding about complaints is not able to complete the upload process. We are not agrueing the price, we are stating the listing (which is still viewable) does not state you would receive multiple. No where on this listing does it state you'd receive more than one.

The customer believes they should have received a 6 pack per the price but the listing is only a listing for a 9.2 oz pack. Our listing states: Title:Shore Lunch Classic Chicken Noodle Soup Mix, 9.2000-Ounce 117620 Description:Our collection of made- from- scratch quality soups is sure to warm you up on those cold winter nights, or anytime you need a quick, hearty meal. Since the customer received the item described in the title, and with the desciption being the manufacturer's description, the customer received the item ordered at the agreed price upon purchase.

This complaint has not been truthful. The earliest email we have on file from this customer was 5/28/2016 (outside of our return policy time frame) and additionally, the customer FIRST went to [redacted] and got an exchange, the exchange that [redacted] (not us) provided ended up being defective. original she bought from us she exchanged with [redacted] instead of us which is also against our return policy. This is all stated by here via email which was the first email she sent on 5/28/2016 at 4:44pm CST. Every email she has ever sent is saved and can be provided. After she bought this, she first went through [redacted] for any kind of resolution and did not contact us at all until well after our return policy window for this order was closed.
