Best Shoe Repair & Alterations

Review: I dropped off two pairs of shoes to be repaired one pair was fine with the repair but the other pair was not. The sandals were coming unglued from the sole in the front of the shoe and he took the back of the sole undone for some reason and did not glue it back. I went to the shoe store to tell [redacted] about it and he wanted to charge me more money when I had already paid him $20.00. [redacted] wanted me to pay him more money to fix what he took apart.Desired Settlement: I think for all the trips I had to make to the shoe store (gas) 4 trips, time and inconvenience that I should be refunded my $20.00. I will never go there again and will not refer anyone to his business.
