I had numerous calls from *** *** (sp), mostly because we kept missing each otherHe would leave a message for me to call him back, but then when I did, I would get his voice mail, and occasionally it would say vm was fullcall back later
However, finally
we connected and he made his excuses, and apologizedHe promised to call me back with a tracking number after he found out when the product had been sentOf course he did not
SoI gave it one more tryand actually reached him and he apologized again and promised to really check it out and call me backHe did leave a message the next day that he sent me a double order, plus a oz bottle AND he gave me a tracking number!
WellI did finally receive my package yesterday9/from the 7/order! It had two bottles of oz solution as promised, but no oz bottlewhich is ok as I think it would not fit in the box they sentSo I am happy and satisfiedI did receive what I ordered and paid for, and received another bottle as an apology from the company
I am very satisfiedThank you very much!
