Upon receipt of my order, I only received unit Email to BestSource OfficeSupplies took several days to respond Their response was to contact *** as they fulfill the order and that BestSource had nothing to do with the sale except in name of seller

Company advertised pens for 12 pack and when I ordered two packs they tried to bait and switch the consumer on the price.
Very disappointed, contacted vendor and they said take it or leave it and that they would settle for a dozen and 8 additional. So I would get 4 less than what I paid.

Review: This company uses deceptive advertising going so far as to post reviews of itself to further the deception. They sellthese mini-notebooks. In the advertisement they show 6 of them and they send you one. In the review section all buttwo of the reviewers speak of being deceived as I was. Theother two speak about having more than one of these notebooks.Which must mean the seller is reviewing him/herself becauseit's doubtful that they received more than one notebook wheneveryone else only gets one.Desired Settlement: I would like the other 5 mini-notebooks I paid for.

You had better make sure you definitely, absolutely want the item you are purchasing from this company because their customer service is not good and their return policy is even worse. First of all they make you pay for return shipping and then they deduct a 20-35% processing fee. I spent $28 on the item, paid $9 for return shipping and then they refunded me $23 for returning an item that was not even opened.
