We provided her a pedicure and when we finished she seemed happy by the manner of her tipping us $3 as well as paying $17 for the pedicure....

Before she left, she did not make any complaints about something hurting. A couple days later, she came back and she asked for a refund for the pedicure she got of $17 as well as her $3 tip because her toe hurts. We had her seated and I told her,"when I am finished with my customer I will take care of you." When I check her toe nails, the place where she was hurting was no where near the right place where we clean the cuticle. I told her if she got hurt then she should go see a doctor. Then I told her, bring the bill over back and my insurance will take care of it. She said she wanted her money back and she will go see the doctor later. I told her she could not get a refund because we provided her service correctly. Also, the salon does not collect the tip, whoever provided her the pedicure does. Then she goes off and takes her phone out, and walk around within the salon recording, yelling, and distracting our employees as well as other customers. I politely tell her to leave the salon because she is disrupting my business. Even the customers were telling her to leave the salon because she was so disruptive and rude. She leaves for about a good 10 minutes and comes back to continue yelling and bother everyone within the facility. I told her if she came in again, I would have to call police to deal with her. Finally after that statement, she left the salon. If we provided her service incorrectly, we would have refunded the money. In this case, we gave her the correct service. If we did cause an accident or anything, she must go see the doctor and claim the insurance, so they can take care of it.

I took out my phone and started recording, bc she called me a liar by saying someone stepped on my toe. I did go back 2 days later by toe was hurting and very infected to show them, and again was called a liar. Upon services being done my toe did not hurt right away, but soon after. I also provided you a photo of my toe so you can review it for your self. This place is a joke and I will never go there again
