*** *** First, I am not good with names, good facesThe facts still remains the same, I was deceivedYes the work is done and paid for, but two of the cabinets need to be replace or repairBest Stone has been notify of the problemRegarding the issues of extra jobs, that is totally untrueI requested the workers to correct cabinets that was not align properly and I pointed it out to be fixed also, to add an extension to one of the bottom cabinet, because the measurements were not properly measured Yes, microwave charge is not on the invoice, based on what I was told several times, I trusted *** /office manager/consultant to hold to her agreement I have to two recorded conservation of ***, clearly stating what she told meMarch 16th, when I went to the office , that is when I recorded her in a face to face conservation about why she told me the workers was to install the microwave, when they had no clue it was going to be done and to ask ***, if I can exchange out cabinets drawersAgain *** stated, sometime we cannot always get what we pay for and we have to make adjustments and since the workers do know how to do the work she will make sure, the microwave issue is taking care of and for me to purchase the right microwave so when the guys come out it will be there, that weekend the microwave was purchasedThe following week, informed *** , I have purchased the microwave, *** and I got in a heated telephone conversation, because she then stated, it cost too much to do the work, and I would need to find someone to do the workAt, that point *** requested I come back to the story to discuss the microwave issue further, I told her I will be in on SaturdayAn hour later she left me a voice message, I saved her recorded message In both recording, *** clearly states, that the microwave would be installedAs of today, I have hire another company to come out to install the microwave mounting plate, and that is what Best Stone should have done only install the mounting plate.Yes, I was wrong to have recorded *** on March 16th, but I knew, I needed proof of what was told to me when I agreed to hire Best StoneTo add to this complaints, contacted Best Stone on March 29th to make them aware two of the cabinets are coming apart.I received a text requesting my address and to send a picture of the problem, which I didLast night I sent a follow up text requesting when will someone be out to correct the problem.I don’t have an issues with the company not being able to do the work, the problem is *** not being honest about what I was told up front, she took my choices away from me, and know I have to take another day off from work to get the job done as my husband is deploy out of the country .I am only asking *** to admit what she told me and to apologize that she mislead me to believe that the company was going to do the work and to reimburse me -% of my money backI truly hope this can be resolve without going any further.Truly yours

[redacted] came into our showroom and asked if she could have a microwave, like ours in her kitchen. The answer was, yes, but we did not agree to install it in her kitchen. We only agreed that we could design the cabinets according to the microwave of her choosing. There was never an agreement to install the microwave. As you can see on the contract, there clearly was no charge to install a microwave. This is something that we do not do and it is written on the bottom of the contract. She was not misled; we only tried to find someone to install it for her, after she expressed how upset she was about her misunderstanding, but to no avail. Sadly, there was a miscommunication. Further more, [redacted] states that she spoke with a person by the name of “[redacted]” There is no “[redacted]” that is employed with us. Also she states that she spoke with the installer by the name of “[redacted], there is no employee here at Best Stone by that name. Please note that [redacted] kept asking for extra jobs for the installers to do during installation which we were not obligated to do for her. We try to make all our customers happy, but when others emphasize their opinions to our customers they change their minds and complain. We would like to resolve this issue if possible. [redacted] has graciously offered $50 out of her pocket to help pay for the installation of [redacted] microwave. Best Stone is deeply sorry that this issue has come to this point and that the Revdex.com is now involved.
