I am rejecting this response because:Whomever responded to my complaint at *** *** *** did nothing but lie in their responseI never once asked for a refundAll I wanted was to have my son's Beats repairedThey say that there is a one year manufacturer's warranty and then tell you to call the manufacturer so that the warranty can be usedOnce Beats told me that *** *** *** was not an authorized retailer I called back *** *** *** and was told by the owner that they would provide me with a receiptI'm not sure how that would get the product repaired since they advertise a year manufacturer's warranty but the manufacturer won't allow it because they are not authorized (with or without a receipt)This company is acting in poor faithI use to have my own business and referrals were a huge part of my businessI would never lie or misrepresent myself to my customerQuite frankly I'm shocked that the response was a total lie*** *** *** shouldn't be able to operate the way they do by misleading consumers that they will receive a year warrantyIt is just not true.Due to the fact that they outright lied about my complaint shows that the owner of this business lacks in characterI should have known that this would be the case after speaking with him
