Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] The camera that I purchased was on November ***When I received the camera it would only take black picturesI emailed the company they told me they could not help meSo I speak with Nikon they fix that problemAs I took pictures with the first memory card I had which I also received from this company, I tried to put them on the computer and every picture was gone the memory card they had sold me was not working not one picture was on thereI had got one more from them and had purchased two more of my own taking a total of pictures of daughterNot one of those picture I have yet to seeThe camera is not writing to the mememory cardsI spoke again with best stop groin if a and they were again no helpSaid there was nothing they could do and to speak with nikon I called Nikon and they walked me though steps at trying to fix this issueHowever they were unable tooThey urged me to speak with the company and get an old refundThey believe the camera to be usedSo there was no possible way for me to do what the seller wanted me to do and get it back in a day time frameAlso their policy says not Speaking with them they were extremely rude on the phone they hung up on meThey told me to days for an answer and then never responded I contacted [redacted] and they have opened a case agents the company and is helping me get through this as wellThey have not got back to me timilyVery rude and unhelpfulThey had tried to work with me on a refund if I said the camera back however [redacted] urged me not to send back any product unless they refund the item firstAs I have lost money by sending item back first before and also reading the business other negative reviews it was a good choice others state they had received non working items and when told to ship back and get refund they never got the refund after item has been returnedSo I believe this seller to be untrustworthy and a scam artist so I don't feel comfortable with sending item back unless at least a half payment has been issued for securityI have spoke with other buyers he sold too and they had never got their money back after weeks of waitingI find this company to be extremely difficult to deal with and is scamming people that work very hard for their money and just want a good deal with a good productAnd have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal withIn the end like I said I do not feel comfortable due to poor service and untrustworthness that it would be a mistake for me to send back the item without any type of sercutityAs it is no used to me it sits in the box it was sent it however I am already out $do not want to wind up with nothing and feel that is what would happen due to their track record In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

once again customer is lying lying and lying. we have 36 emails exchanged with customer. please see attached snapshot showing all the emails we replied to customer. furthermore there is not even one customer that returned something to us and did not get a refund. Every order is guaranteed by [redacted] if customer returns the product and [redacted] will automatically issue a refund to customer if seller does not.
so once again this customer is just lying and refuses to send back the camera so therefore they will not receive a refund without it.
this is the last response we will make regarding this case.

As I took 800 pictures with the first memory card I had which I also received from this company, I tried to put them on the computer and every picture was gone the memory card they had sold me was not working not one picture was on there. I had got one more from them and had purchased two more of my own taking a total of 1300 pictures of daughter. Not one of those picture I have yet to see. The camera is not writing to the mememory cards. I spoke again with best stop groin if a and they were again no help. Said there was nothing they could do and to speak with nikon I called Nikon and they walked me though steps at trying to fix this issue. However they were unable too. They urged me to speak with the company and get an old refund. They believe the camera to be used. So there was no possible way for me to do what the seller wanted me to do and get it back in a 30 day time frame. Also their policy says 14 not 30. Speaking with them they were extremely rude on the phone they hung up on me. They told me 1 to 2 days for an answer and then never responded I contacted [redacted] and they have opened a case agents the company and is helping me get through this as well. They have not got back to me timily. Very rude and unhelpful. They had tried to work with me on a refund if I said the camera back however [redacted] urged me not to send back any product unless they refund the item first. As I have lost money by sending item back first before and also reading the business other negative reviews it was a good choice others state they had received non working items and when told to ship back and get refund they never got the refund after item has been returned. So I believe this seller to be untrustworthy and a scam artist so I don't feel comfortable with sending item back unless at least a half payment has been issued for security. Customer purchased camera from [redacted] Nov ** 2013. Return policy is 30 days from date of purchase. Camera has manufacturer warranty for any problems that may arise after the return policy period as with any...

retailer. Customer contacted us to return the camera on January [redacted] because they are not happy with it claiming that there is something wrong with camera and that Nikon will not help customer or repair the camera which is not quite believable.
Over 50 emails was exchanged with customer and she refuses to cooperate. It seems that customer already registered the camera to her name so we can no longer have it repair by Nikon. We answered to every one of her 50 emails.
Finally we offered to take it back for a full refund but she refused to return it demanding that we refund her the full amount before she sends the camera.
Customer demands are simply outrageous and borderline fraud.

Review: I had purchased a camera through this company,$250 Nikon j1 when I received my item it did not work. I am now stuck with a camera that does not work they will not issue a refund. They told me to do all these things to get it fixed and nothing I called their number the person hung up on me and then they refuse to answer the phone at all. This has been on going for three months.Desired Settlement: I would like my $250 so I can get a new camera that is usable to take pictures of my daughter.
