a completely empty poly mailer bag that was still sealed. In our experience we may have a shipping error where 1 item is missing but have never had the case to date where a empty bag was delivered. In our packing process internally there are a couple of reasons why that seems almost impossible. The only thing we could think of is that perhaps in transit the item was lost. So we decided to issue the customer a full refund.
Typically our customers reach us through messaging or by phone so we can resolve these issues. We could not identify any message from the customer online so we could solve the issue. Our phone lines are always open to any customer inquiry as well.
