All of our granite countertops are inspected by both our workers and the customer before we load themAfter reviewing our
video footage, it is very clear that the countertop that you took was not damaged or brokenYou along with my worker inspected both sides of the countertop and backsplashes piecesAny defects, cracks, or glue would be visible and my workers would have brought that to our attentionLikewise, if it was damaged or defective you would have rejected that piece and not taken the countertop with youAlso if it was glued together, the glue would be very visible on the backside of the countertop
We cannot be responsible for items once they have left our storeThere are a lot of things that can happen between the time you left and the next morning when you loaded the countertop back into your vehicleRoad conditions, where and how you store it, who has access to it and how you load and unload it are some examples and all these things are out of our controlHowever if you still believe that the countertop is defective or simply glued together, you can bring the countertop back and we can inspect it for any defects or glue
