Review: I purchased 4 tires on 1/17/15. I was told but the sales rep [redacted] that they were like new, winter ready, one previous owner tires. He told me if I was paying in cash the tires would be $180 without taxes, if I was paying with a credit or debit card he would include taxes. I paid in cash. Andy then took the old tires off my vehicle and mounted the new tires on, everything seemed legit the tire rode fine. 1/18/15 I get up there is no air in one of my tires, its coming completely off the rim, it was not sealed properly. They are not open on Sunday's so I had no car all day. They were closed on 1/19/15 so I went back 1/20/15 after putting fix a flat in my tire to at least get me to the tire shop. When I get there I tell him what happened on 1/18/15, he said that he would fix it but it would cost $20, I didnt feel like agruing with [redacted] so I just paid the $20 which he just put in his pocket. I get home everything is okay. I get up to go to work 1/22/15 there is no air in my tire. I make it to the gas station to put air in my tire and drive over to the tire shop, [redacted] tells me that there are nails in my tire. My question is why would you knowing sale me tires that were no good? Then he tired to charge me another $20 to fix it. This is unacceptable as a consumer. I will NEVER purchase or refer anyone else to this faulty establishment.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back.
