Really needed tires. Budget so tight. It's like food or tires. BTU recommended to me. I go and the guy [redacted] was so nice and helpful. They came to 10 more then I should have spent but my cars a 92 Buick and big tires. Got a good set. Very happy with service and quality of tires. I will pass info on to those who may need.

Complaint0n 7/8/16 my daughter [redacted] took here tire to get fix at the establishment she has 16 in" rim and tire she waiting gor about 2hr before closing of the business for them to come to her and tell her they made a mistake and gave her tire and rim to another customer and they dont have a replacement tire or rim to give her so they persisted to put a 17 in" rim and tire on the car mind you that make the car drive very unbalance and dangers so I as mother drove the car back to them the next day to fix the problem the owner persisted to tell me the car is safe to drive until the person who got the tire to return it I told him that unacceptable he wsnted to it will take him a week to replace the rim and tire this is a tire shop I wasnt going to play back and forth with you on a mistake your business did so persisted to call the police for them to handle the problem so now since the police get involved you want me to leave the car there and you gone call when you fix it by the end of the day now I took the car there 8:00 am sat 7/9/10 they close at 6:00 so now Im waitingDesired SettlementReplace what you mess upBusiness Response Contact Name and Title: owner/operaContact Phone: Contact Email: Hello! Asst. Mgr. could not find me very good used tires(as requested) & installed 2/ok tires and said I have 30 days to return/swap, if needed.Paid cash $65 for 2 tires on 7/24/14 and on 8/22/14 they refused to swap out or give me credit for 2 good tires. The owner wanted to charge me $100/for 2 tires and would only credit me $10!
