This contractor was a sub to my general contractor My GC had major issue with the quality of work and made multiple efforts to give them them the opportunity to correct and finish the work Mario with Best Top Finisher and Drywall could not keep the promised work schedule or perform quality work for my GC when they did decide to show up My GC decided to withhold payment until they could come to an agreement that was fair the for work performed In the meantime, Mario, decided he would stake out my house to try to convince me to pay him directly some exorbitant amount I felt harassed and threatened by Mario's tactics and attempts to extort money from me, and his contract was not with me and I told him so multiple timesI have reported his behavior to the local police department and they have advised me to call 9-1-if he returns to my home so that he can be arrested for trespassingIt addition to all this - this company calls itself a General Contractor but is not licensed as such in the state of Arkansas
Please save yourself some pain and suffering and stay clear of this business!!!

HIRE AT OWN RISK! He told us he was a general contractor and turned out he does not even have a license! Now we have to hire so one elseWhat a waste of time! BEWARE!
