Absolutely Terrible
I have requested several times for the Best Trash to stop blocking our mailbox with trash cans. This continues to be a problem that they don't care about correcting...very poor customer service.

PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT WASN'T PROVIDED
This company has the worst service you can possibly imagine.
We've been in our new home since Augst. not once have we received service from this company but yet they have sent us out a bill for $127.00
Here we are October 26 and I call the office talked to Sandra and explained to her that we had never been serviced so what was the reason for the high bill, she said even if we didn't service you, you still have to pay, after going back and forth for over 30mints I told her you know what I need the service so I will just pay. I went to tell her that I would be putting out a bad review for the bad customer service and she said "Ah, its ok we get bad reviews all the time"
I am very disappointed with this company; I don't mind paying but why should I have to pay for a service that was never provided? I asked to speak to the manager Casey but I guess she was too busy that couldn't take my call. Paid for a service that I never received just to start receiving service. SMH!

Avoid - Worst Customer service Ever!
I would give this company negative 5 stars if possible. We got a new crew last week and they missed my trash TWiCE. When I called to see what was going on. The supervisor Christie literally argued with me over many things (instead of listening and attempting to find a solution.) She kept saying it was bc my trash can was marked with another company and then it was the size of it. I attached the picture Of my trash can that they refused to service. Again, She had no intentions on helping me solve any issue‘s - only wanted to argue. I have to say that most of The actual trash guys are all very sweet (the ones last week were lazy and just trying to rush through their route ...) but the supervisor Christie is rude, argumentative and clueless when it comes to real customer service. I will be contacting every one I can think of that pertains to this situation to warn everyone! Including every mud district that I own a home in (that uses their services) to share the exact details of my situation. Please AVOID this company at all costs. They have no intentions on improving!

What’s frustrating - is they picked up every other can in my entire section last week. I complained yesterday and let christie know I was going to complain to the HOA and mud district and then Today - when I went out to talk to the trash guy - he confirmed that the supervisor gave him my address and told him to put a note on my can - so she is intimidating and singling me out bc I told her I would be complaining!

We recently had an incident where one of the trash men broke the wheel off of one of our trash cans (possibly by throwing it, which they have a tendency to do)We called the company and were immediately contacted by a service man in our area who came out to inspect our broken trash can for potential reparationHe stated he could not repair it and the company would replace the trash can at the company's expenseThey were incredibly responsive, courteous and went above and beyond in helping us resolve the issue

The customer that spray painted over our logo on the recycle cart damaged Best Trash's property. The containers are not owned by the residents. They are for recyclable use only while the resident resides at the house. There are many customers that choose not to recycle and
we are happy to collect the containers if they ask us to. The customer that took it upon himself to damage the recycle cart and use it to his purpose was incorrect. Once we found out that he damaged the container, I explained to him that we will take both the trash and the recycle cart away. Mr*** was fine with that and he did not indicate that there was any problem with the way I handled the conversation. I spoke to *** who had a conversation with Mr*** and *** indicated that Mr*** said it was just a bin and he could choose to do what he wanted with it. *** then explained that when the container is spray painted, it damages the companies property. *** verified that he did not in any way lecture Mr*** about the importance of recycling. He understands that some people choose not to recycle which has never been an issue beforeI spoke to the representative that talked to Mr*** when he called back to complain about ***. She verified that Mr*** did damage the container by spray painting over our logo on the recycle cart and that *** was correct in what he had told Mr* ***. Mr*** then indicated that he lives in a $300K house and that he does not need to be lectured on how to treat a recycle cart. The representative said that Mr*** never indicated that she was rude in any manner during the conversation

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.

The drivers and workers don't care if your standing there waiting on them to take your trash. Our old trash guys were really good. These guys block the streets and could care less about picking up what they are hired to do. They almost ran over kids playing and then just srugged their shoulders.
