Best Trash

This company sets community guidelines regarding the pick up of their green trash. They maintain that residents have to tie the branches in bundles for it to be picked up. Yet, other residents who do not tie their bndles up are being picked up by the employees depending on the race of the resident living iin that specific household. Isn't this discrimination? The company refuses to look at their cameras to validate my claim. It is so frustrating when other counties don't even do that anymore.
