Best Uniform was closed on September 30th for inventory.When customer started banging on the door it was opened for her and staff told her we are closedShe expressed she needed the uniforms after telling staff member she was calling the cops,running her car through the building and reporting us to the Revdex.com.Never getting a word in that she could hear over her own voice we tried telling her that we'll go check to see if we can get her orderAt this point she left the parking lot and started calling every 2-minutes asking for her uniforms.When the ok was given to give her the garments we looked outside thinking she was calling from parking lot and found out she leftBefore staff member got to dial her number she was on the phone again.We let her know her order was at the front door waiting for her just knock when she got hereShe later returned to the store and picked up her orderAll orders are paid in full because direct embroidery is being done it has been our practice for years with no issue or complaintWe are very customer service oriented and if the customer just kept calm and gave us minutes she could have walked away with her order on the first visitAs far as not knowing about inventory we had signs up weeks prior to inventory in the store and staff who answered phone told people calling we would be closed.We also use an automated system that calls customers to let them know orders are ready and provides us a list that confirms when a message gets left or that the message was left when someone picked up the phone.This could have all been avoided if the customer just listened and waited a few minutes.We are here only to give our customers the best service possible.Sorry for the inconveniences
