I went in to have a washer & dryer set delivered to my new aptThey showed me a nice set BUT because they disassemble and clean/rebuild EVERY item they sell I will have to wait a few days which is FAR better than someone that just sells you a used set that is labelled refurbished but isn'tThe owner showed me the before and after pictures of what exactly he does to get these appliances so clean and refurbished inside and out that I have to say he really cares about his reputationThe before pics were disgusting because the sets he takes in are never cleaned (as you know since you probably have never torn down and cleaned your washer & dryer before...who of us has) The after pictures were amazingThis guy goes through these things with a fine toothed comb and really makes them like new againHe then offers a free day warrantyThe place isn't your typical new store showroom, it's a repair shop so don't think you are buying a brand new set at Sears guys...what you are getting is a great price with delivery, set up, and all new hoses and the likeIt will cost you more than the other guys who just clean the outside and leave you guessing if your purchase will last (and if they will take care of you after the sale...NOT)This guy WANTS his equipment to service your needs for many years to come He also was telling me what brands are not engineered right and prone to problems which is why he won't sell you those brandsI had no idea that there was a differenceHe showed me in the before pictures why the machines got so dirty and advised me how much soap to use and a few other pointers that I didn't know about that will keep the machines working longer and better overallThis guy is the real deal and it shows in his enthusiasm about his tradeI'm happy that I read the reviews here on Yelp BEFORE going out and making this purchaseI know that these machines will work perfect and if anything goes wrong he will take care of it As a side note I told him I may be moving out in months and where ever I end up will probably include the washer & dryer (or not but no worries now) and he said he'll buy them back (which saves me time listing them on craigslist) which is an awesome dealAll I can say is WOWIf I ever need to have a machine fixed I wouldn't hesitate for a second taking my appliances to this shop for repairSo in conclusion ...look no further...you have arrived!
