One thing, that  diffinatley got me to this point was the lack of good customer service. From the manager [redacted], a person who was absolutly not present at the time of the purchase, the reseptionist was trying to do her best to help me but I think she didnt kno what to tell me after me calling several times,so when I asked for my money she gave me the managers number .  The reseptionist was not disrespectful towrds me in any way and vise versa. Never did I think they were trying to steal from me or anything similar to it, but the lack of curtesy of telling me what was reeally wrong with the vehical at the time of the purchse,or even after they were so call fixing the problem. Furthermore, I never sign a lenders contract or a disclosure, because I was told by the person who was actually there at the time of the purchase told me that my car would of been fixed at the latest, the day after I took the car back to the car lot.  So they might want to come back with better lies, I don't argue or fight with anyone let alone a buisness, that's why I had came to this point because someone will here me, and if they were so concerned about me not making a car payment on May 18,2015 why did they take my transportation on May 15 2015? It doesn't make any sense at all.
